Atlanta based venture capital group seeks CPA with 6+ years of related
experience, preferably in a public accounting firm with an emphasis on
tax preparation and/or financial statement analysis and preparation.
Prior accounting experience with a venture capital firm and small
company start-ups is preferred, but not required. Must be a hands-on
type individual with a strong orientation towards process improvement
and work flow management. Knowledge and experience with investment
partnership accounting also preferred.
