Director of Compliance, Atlanta, GA to $90K

Atlanta based, publicly traded corporation seeks CPA with strong SOX
compliance background. This position will report directly to the CFO,
and will be responsible for the company's overall compliance with
section 404 of the Sarbanes-Oxley Act, including: monitoring the
quarterly self-testing and annual self-assessment processes,
maintaining and updating internal control documentation, assisting
external auditors in the Section 404 and financial audits. Only minimal
travel involved.
